Room was clean as always. Lots of noise which sounded like building work on the floor above me. Staff friendly but there was a lot less of them on this trip. The Grand at Trafalgar Square
Older hotel, but made up with it from the friendly staff, comfy bed, fluffy pillows, storage space, free water/bottles, and toiletries. Plus, the location was incredibly ideal for our trip because major busses stop out front and it's near 2 tube stations and Trafalgar Square and the Jubilee Bridge. ...
