Zaindari House Boat

It was amazing experience. Owiner of house boat was very nice. They left no stone unturned to make our stay wonderful. From stay to ride of Shakhara was a experience of life time. Must visit place.

nice location, service was good till Mr Bilal was there , after he left on some trek it was bad !! staff were greedy for tips etc !! Need to give better linen and provide soap and shampoo in bath room !!

'Fantastic experience and great hospitality"

Our experience was outstanding! we were hugely amazed by the warmth and hospitality meted to us by the owner and his son, Imran. Clean rooms (including bathrooms) with electric blankets, traditional heating equipment and finger licking waazwan delights like gushtaba, yakhni, rishta etc that Imran and his father put out on the dinner table made the experience truly memorable. That the houseboat was a little boatride away from the ghat meant that we had to use the shikara for commuting and that actually was yet another exciting part of the stay. flanked by snow clad mountains on one side and a lotus farm in front, the Zaindari boathouse is a must on everyone's Srinagar itinerary!
