"We stayed one night for the glamping dome experience and chose this property specifically for the panoramic dome view shown in the listing. The kids enjoyed staying in the dome itself, and the concept is unique, but we paid a premium expecting that clear view to be a major part of the experience. Unfortunately, the dome window was significantly clouded/degraded, so the view from inside was blurry and did not match the listing photos. That was disappointing since the view is really a big feature of this type of stay. Additionally, when we arrived around 5pm (after the stated 4pm check-in time), the unit was still being cleaned, which made check-in uncomfortable and delayed us getting settled. I reached out afterward to share these concerns. The host acknowledged the issues but did not offer any meaningful resolution. Overall, it was still a memorable experience for the kids, but it did not match expectations for the price we paid."

"This stay was phenomenal! Right from check- in we were pleasantly welcomed and informed about everything the resort had to offer, which was a lot. Staff was super attentive and friendly our whole stay. The food options were delicious. My family would totally stay here again. Tent #40 has the absolute best view! "
