The staff was very kind and helpful when checking in. We had a very nice room with a beautiful view from the balcony.The bed was very comfortable too, Great bath products. I would highly recommend it and if I’m ever back there I would stay again.

The room (standard queen suite) was spacious and clean and the usable, west facing balcony was a welcome feature. We weren't able to utilize the outdoor recreational area at the back of the hotel but hope to be able to experience it in the future. Disappointed the onsite restaurant offered only drip coffee and pub style food but plenty of seating, both indoors and out.

The suite was clean and spacious, though there could have been a few more kitchen basics, like a cutting board, sponge, tea kettle. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was a water leak from our HVAC unit and it was fixed within 1 day. They didn't seem concerned with the dripping tub faucet though.

The hotel itself was located in a beautiful area. The outside, lobby and restaurant were clean and tidy. The room was comfortable, though aged. There were a lot of "quick fixes" inside the room which made it look not well taken care of. The beds were comfortable and patio/deck was a nice addition we weren't expecting. The building could use a good deep cleaning and refresh. Otherwise, a great place to stay especially with larger groups needing separate rooms in the same suite. Kitchen and in suite laundry are a nice touch too.

The lobby was clean and modern. The restaurant was pretty but we didn’t eat there. We tried to one night and they never brought out our food, when I went to check on it, they had never put in our food… that I put in when I left my card at the bar. Lame. Had a nice room, paid extra for “mountain views but got the bottom floor corner room which is apparently a pet room. The living area reeked of dog urine all around the table and the door to the patio. Lm
