Hilton Garden Inn-Springfield, MA
Nice hotel. But I was surprised that breakfast wasn't free, unlike other hotels in the area. I visit Springfield often, and chose that hotel because of the location. In the future, I will stay somewhere that's less expensive and serves free breakfast.

MGM Springfield
The staff was courteous and attentive. The rooms were BEAUTIFUL! We had a wonderful time. I suggest that the hotel bar stay open longer on Friday and Saturdays.

D. Hotel Suites & Spa
Staff was super helpful and hospitable! Shout out to Jim! We were here during a blizzard and they actually cleaned the snow off of our car! Room was lovely and clean. Great breakfast.

Candlewood Suites Windsor Locks Bradley Arpt by IHG
Room did not smell fresh. Was not well kept and swimming pool has been out of service for months they told me but didn’t bother to mention that before I reserved my stay which I had to cancel immediately. Had to book a hotel somewhere else. They used to be really nice, not sure what happened ...

DoubleTree by Hilton Hartford - Bradley Airport
Staff was good. Room was not as clean as it should have been. Floors were filthy and surfaces had multiple sticky spots. They did make sure to have those issues taken care of. The server in the restaurant, Lexi, was excellent. She was kind, helpful, and provided fast service.
