Great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. The property was convenient and offered good value for the price. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The place just opened and the rooms are brand new!!! The location is perfect and the price was so affordable!! I would definitely stay here again!!

I had an excellent stay at Economy Suites! The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The overall experience was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend Economy Suites to others. I look forward to staying here again!

I had a great stay at Economy Suites in Springfield. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. Overall, it was a good value for the price, and I would definitely consider staying here again. I recommend Economy Suites to anyone looking for an affordable and comfortable place to stay.

The rooms were clean and nice the property is a little bit run down you can tell by the doors and stuff like that for the entrances in the exits and the mattresses are nice and soft very comfortable Wi-Fi is dodgy and also when I went to go take my dog out this morning there was a gentleman on the third floor backside with another individual blatantly waving around an AR-15 like it was a toy

Great Location off I-44 and N Glenstone Ave, Springfield, along Hotel Row. Newly remodeled rooms that are very clean rooms, good customer service, clean room with new Microwave, Fridge, TV, Comfortable bed, altogether a great experience Thanks to all the staff that make this place a place that I shall visit again and again. lots of restaurants walking distance as well as Aldi and Walmart within 1/4 mile. All in all very happy experience..

Checked in and checked out about five minutes later. The room door could have easily been pushed open and it's in a pretty rough area. Lots of people living at the property and wandering around. Definitely don't stay here.

Room was recently remodeled, very nice and so cheap! I expected Motel 6 but got way more... except no coffee in room or in lobby. But for just $50 a night, I can't complain.

Property has a good vibe when pulling up when I walked into the lobby and it was clean and smell nice !! Staff was great with check in and when I entered my room it was a cozy feeling and clean !!! The ac worked great and was new along with everything else in the room !! The bed was comfy and the shower worked great had good water pressure and was nice and hot !! There is many places to eat in the area and closes enough you could even walk if needed !

When I got to that Expedia booked me to it eas locked and closed. A sister hotel nearby. Was able get me a room at the last minute, I thank them for that, but Expedia should not have booked a room in a closed hotel!

We got to our room pretty late after a wedding. The bed, sheets and countertops were all clean. However, the floors had not been swept, much less mopped. The shower was not cleaned. I could still see dirty feet marks on the floor of it! The AC cooled well but made unsettling noises. Metal frames and handles of the exterior glass doors to the reception were covered w/chipped and pealing paint, dirty and covered with greasy fingerprints. It is obviously an old, low rent motel that has had a bit of a facelift. I wouldn’t stay here again.

When we arrived the location it sent us to was being remodeled. Get checked in and to our room only to find no coffee pot, no cups, no ice bucket and no soap, no shampoo, no clock or phone. It was at a very sketchy area and didn't trust the other people there either. If I would have known that's how it was we wouldn't stayed. You could smell the pot through the a/c.

Late night arrival for a single female not recommended. This place did not feel safe. The door did not shut well and the lock was not in good shape . I had to walk past a man drinking a case of beer sitting in a camp chair, in front of his room door with his feet propped up with his boom box . I had to go out of my way to get around him to my room, where the curtains did not close fully on the sides . Left as soon as I could in the morning . The next morning two young people were blocking the exit smoking pot . I had to find another door to get to the parking lot . I will be more careful to read the reviews as several also mentioned issues . I looked online for another room when I got into my room, but everything around was sold out. I paid for three days but only stayed one. Maybe some of the rooms are better than the one in the back they gave me . I didn’t sleep well . The blanket looked like someone wiped two dirty fingers and left a peace sign on it .

The room was barely acceptable. Clean bed and sheets but the floor was very dirty and the sink drain was disgusting and had buildup in it you could clearly see. The tv was broken (just not turning on at all, seemed like it was not plugged in but the cord went into the wall) but we weren’t in there enough to want to ask the front desk about fixing it. The front desk staff was helpful and promptly helped when we asked (thank you!) but when I had called ahead of time the lady on the phone was rude and not very helpful or didn’t seem willing to help me figure out my situation. The outside of the whole place was poorly kept and smelled like trash. Very sketchy. On the flip side, the room did have its own AC unit, the bed was comfortable and it did look like the appliances were fairly new. I wouldn’t go there with children ever again but if you need a cheap, quick place to stay for a short period I would suggest it to be a last resort.

The room was clean for the most part but the floor was dirty if you walk with or without socks, there’s no stoves or anywhere to hang up clothes but if your looking just for somewhere to sleep and shower and use a microwave then this is decent for you

We asked for basic needs like a towel and they said they only give two towels and when asked for extra the next day they asked us to bring us the dirty towels submit them and then gave us two towels which are not even bath towels they are hand towels and there is no hair dryer and not even water cups inside. the guy at the front desk staff is not helpful and we felt very rude. and also we stayed for two days and when asked for house keeping they said they would do it every once in a week.
