"Room was clean, bathroom nicely refurbished. Hate that the room fan only runs while actively heating, many of us sleep better with white noise from the fan. Breakfast was very good (waffles, ‘eggs’, sausage, but no Raisin Bran), the staff at breakfast attentive and helpful but instead of a news channel at breakfast it was some chamber of commerce public access advertising loop…bizarre and annoying after a day or two. Perfect location, just off the highway at the entrance to Acadia and easy access to the mainland and Bar Harbor. Will definitely stay here again."

"Nice clean room with a waterfront view, comfortable bed and quiet setting. We only had breakfast while there. I had the Lobster Benedict both days. Delicious. Service was slow. Servers seemed disinterested in refilling coffee, checking on tables etc. otherwise overall a great place to stay."

The inn is situated at the head of a small bay and the beach and rocks are a pleasure to walk or just sit and enjoy he view. We highly recommend the his quiet, quaint and quality place to visit."
