"Nice area and friendly staff"

"The property was under construction. Kind of lame. Our volleyball “tournament” set this location up as an option. I guess I need to call ahead and find out what construction and outages there are before booking. The room was very remodeled and refreshed, except the furniture. The toilet is too close to the wall and there was no hot water Tuesday march 31st before we left, which is odd, few were staying there. Whole pool area was re-tiled. Nice. "It is clean enough and a great price. It isn’t a five star hotel, but it is staffed by five star people. "

"The breakfast was basic and thats all I need. the parking is tight but fine for our needs. If you have a trailer might be tight. The room was good and clean. The gym and sauna was under construction...bummer. but for the money it was good."

"The hotel lobby was closed when we arrived about 6pm....we had to call and get a door code for our room...only 2 towels for a 4 person room.... dried blood spot on a comforter....outlets were dirty...could hear the people in the room next door talk very clearly (no insulation or sound proofing)....sheets didn't match....no stopper for the tub to take a bath....heat/AC wouldn't keep consistent temperature. All in all in was very unpleasant experience and we will not be staying there again on...

"The first thing upon entering the room was a personalized welcome displayed on the TV screen...nice touch. Room was super clean, breakfast absolutely amazing, and when you exited the room into the hallway, there was always soft music playing over the built-in speaker system. I just felt it gave a nice sense of elegance ans sophistication"

"This property has been remodeled and modern lobby amenities are very convenient. The rooms are clean and comfortable as the price is very reasonable compared to other hotels this close to downtown Spokane."

"Front counter Staff & restaurant servers were very friendly. I had a room for 3 nights that had snacks & drinks in room as well as free breakfast every morning. My snacks/drinks were not replenished at all even though was supposed to be done daily. Also room was supposed to be cleaned every other day, but my room was not cleaned at all. But, the breakfast was awesome! Plenty of parking and well lit at night. Bar was small but had some nice drinks available. "

"Pretty run down Motel6; entry door from parking lot not secure; trash cans overflowing and trash on floors and window sills; very sketchy vibe; would not recommend for single women or families. "

"The place was dirty. Outside and inside. The reception entrance has a roof that’s coming down. The door to enter the unit was dirty. The bathtub is not welcoming and the towels are old. The drawers in the bedroom don’t open correctly. If you are not careful it will drop on your feet. The remote in the living room has some type of dirt on it. They need to have better cleaning staff. "

"This stay was a total surprise as the hotel was a gem. Great location and rooms and everything worked. The best part of the stay were the staff who were so focused on first class customer service. From the time of check-in to check-out we could not have asked for more. The welcome and conversation were warm and genuine and when we mentioned we were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary to receive a bottle of wine unexpectedly was just the best. Can't speak highly enough of this property. Well...
