Experience from checkin and checkout was simple and efficient. Rooms were excellent. Quiet and clean. Service was excellent. Breakfast was amazing. Good choices and quality food. "Excellent location. Walk to everything. Hot water could be better. I wouldn't say its for 3 people. It said sofa bed and it was just a couch my cousin slept on. Mattress on bed needs updating. "

"Location was perfect in the old town, convenient to everywhere but very quiet. Staff was helpful and kind. Love the cat who lounges on the hotel’s front steps. Restaurant on the lowest level was tasty. I had a room with a balcony and sitting there in the evenings was the best part of my trip. Will definitely come back. "

"Good location but not as depicted on web. Very old bathroom, kitchen basic and not up to today’s standard. Needs a proper mirror not a tiny shaving mirror. Mirror on bathroom cabinet too high to use. Balcony was only a shared terrace and unsuitable for tourists. Light fittings in kitchen and bathroom had no covers leaving wires exposed. We had to request cleaners after 4 days as no towels, tea towels etc."

"The property was wasy to locate wasn't far from bus terminal. Very local to all transportation, train, ferry and taxis services. 5-10 minute walk to make attractions. Accommodation is room only but plenty of restaurants available with a short walking distance. Hotel located on second floor of building very clearly signed. Need to inform of exact time arrival but there is a code to access lobby. Room are very clean and modern with all the necessary amenities, fridge.and safe. Room cleaned daily....
