Fantastic location for exploring Split. Ivan was great, very helpful and friendly just as all the other reviews say. Would recommend staying here to friends.

We had a really pleasant stay with Ivan. The host communicated exceptionally well, was very friendly, and gave good recommendations for restaurants and things to see around the city. The property was close to central Split but quite far from the beach (at least a 20 minute walk if not more, especially to the nicer beaches). It was quite expensive for what it was (relatively basic although clean) - but overall we don’t have any complaints: it was very clean, good location, safe.

Clean and Quiet, but close to restaurants

Our room was clean and seemed new. Our host greeted us upon arrival and was very helpful highlighting local sites. He also allowed us an extra hour to depart on the last day. We enjoyed the old town, especially Diocletian’s Pslace, but be prepared for large crowds, especially if a cruise ship is in town. Exploring The palace sub-structure monument was also fascinating.We took a bus/Uber to visit the Roman ruins of Salona and Klis Fortress, amazing,

Isäntä oli erittäin avulias, ja majoitus sujui erinomaisesti! Kommunikointi oli sujuvaa whatsappilla englanniksi. Saapuessamme hän esitteli meille Splitin kartasta kaupunkia, ja antoi hyviä ravintola- ja retkivinkkejä. Huoneisto sijaitsi korkealla rinteessä, maisemia näkyi talojen välistä sekä vuorille että satamaan. Muuten näkymät olivat sisäpihalle ja kadulle. Huoneisto oli siisti ja hiljainen, sänky ihan kelvollinen ja tyynytkin ok. Saan herkästi niska- ja selkäkipuja huonosta sängystä ja tyynystä, mutta nyt ei ollut mitään ongelmaa. Huoneistossa oli ilmastointi, joka toimi hyvin. Viihdyimme hyvin, ja vajaan viikon lomamme sujui hienosti osin kivan majoituksen ansiosta! Kiitos!

Perfect!

Ivan was brilliant! The minuet we booked he contacted me asking about an airport pick up and arranged it on the spot, his friend picked us up with no issues and also provided places and tips for the local area. We arrived at the guest house around 25 minuets later and Ivan was there waiting for us. He helped us with our bags and led us personally to the house, he then sat us down in the courtyard and gave us an abundance of information, spots, tips and tricks for making the trip affordable and fun. He showed us a map of the city and made everything clear and concise! The room was perfect for 2 people and had a nice view.

A clean, pretty and simple place in Old Town.

Loved this quiet private property , had everything we needed for our stay , just a ten minute walk down to the harbour and sea front . Ivan was so helpful and gave good local advice where to visit local restaurants etc

We loved our stay here. Ivan was very helpful, advising on places to go and finding things out for us. The location was great - close to everything, but just away from the busy streets. So it was peaceful and we slept well (comfy bed, too!). We'd happily stay here again.

An excellent property and host

The guest house is close to the town centre, Marjan Park and some nice local restaurants. The apartment is ground floor and is very clean and has a well equipped kitchen. The bath towels are the largest I have ever seen.Ivan is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Great value for your money

Very spacious room, immaculate clean, Ivan and his mom were great hosts, he shared with me some verygood tips and checked on me later to make sure I was ok and happy. Excellent location, 4 min from the promenade and most tours meeting points. Fully recommend this little charming hotel
