"Rex in the restaurant was so polite and an excellent server. Overall the staff was very good and helpful. Often you had to wait for help..it’s a busy hotel. It would be nice to have more direction on how to navigate IAH BEFORE you have to ask. Things like having to check your bag in terminal C if flying United, even if your leaving from another gate The whole subway and sky rail could be explained better at hotel. Food was good. Coffee bar good. I would recommend above the competition. ."

"Property needs repairs. Had to be moved to a different room because the AC didn’t work. The new room had AC but it didn’t work correctly and was leaking water into the carpet so the room was musty. Door didn’t shut correctly. Overall just dirty and in need of repairs"

"Property was extremely close to the airport which is why we chose to stay there. It is a comfortable hotel but is quite dated and worn. Lots of booted cars in the parking lot so I suppose they had overstayed their airport parking privileges (too bad for them). Staff was friendly and nice. Kooky about the shuttle though which we didn't have to use fortunately. They say it runs every half hour but be there 15 minutes early just in case it leaves early; I mean, if you make an appointment for 7:30...

Check-in was longer than expected, the front desk person was distracted and forgetful. The room was tidy but cleanliness was not great.
