"There was a family with over 25 people controlling the pool and hot tub. They weren’t all staying there - just swimming. They trashed the pool area and made it impossible for anyone else to enjoy. Desk people knew and did nothing. Then they were loud all night Made the stay very unpleasant "

"The property is in a great location, walkable to many restaurants. Room was very clean but the bathroom was underwhelming: with no shower door and water plashing in front of the toilet. The sink was actually in the bedroom, which was annoying as you're always making more noise than you would if it was in the bathroom. With that set up they should do the room everyday, but you actually have to ask. Don't get me wrong, we had a nice stay, but in their prize range, I expect more. The 4th floor...

"the bathrooms were dirty, the place needs some TLC, the location is right on 9W so convenient but hard to get to unless by car. The place needs some inexpensive upgrades and its amazing what a difference a deep clean would make. sit on the toilet and you see the filth. i recommend a new cleaning service and inspections before guest arrivals. the ONLY thing i felt comfortable using were the towels. the bed sheets were clean but the coverlet and summer blanket had bleach stains (ihope) and...

"I checked into the motel room and found cockroaches in the mail area and the bathroom, unfortunately. I went to the front desk to request roach spray and the agent was kind enough to offer me another room. The second room was MUCH BETTER! Major improvement from the first. "Inside the room, it is renovated and everything is very nice. They’re still going under construction. It will be a very nice place after completion. I stayed one night and my experience was very nice. The Hotel reception guy he went out of his way to help me."
