"I read the reviews before I booked the hotel and I thought it would be okay for a quick overnight pit stop before we met with friends in Baltimore. I thought the "Plus" on the hotel made it a little better than the regular Inn. Uhmmm...no. "The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. The shuttle service was prompt and easy to request. Breakfast is served with a long window, so I wasn’t rushed to get downstairs for it in the morning. My only issue was with the in-room amenities, the coffee machine had to be moved to the floor because the power cord didn’t reach any outlets from where it was set, and the provided grind tray was for the wrong model of machine, so I could only brew hot water… I ended up walking to Starbucks...

"The breakfast was amazing and the staff was helpful. However, the only issue that I had was you couldn't walk on the actual carpet in the room. After taking a shower or anything of that nature. The carpets need steamcleaned bad. Your feet would stick to the floor/ get dirty all over again. My room had, multiple things patched like the wall and shower tiles. But for the cost of the room, I wasn't that upset with the patches. The main concern was how dirty the carpet was."
