"I was extremely disappointed at check-in. The only request I had made was a ground floor room which was provided. However, I had expected breakfast and was told it was a self-catering accommodation. I asked about breakfast and was led to believe that was doubtful and being able to invite a guest not allowed! "The pictures online do not show the overall shabby condition of the property. The property has not been updated in a long time and it shows. Window latches broken, poor quality curtains that do not block out the bright outside lights at night. The ceiling paint in the bathroom was pealing and the net curtains ere dirty. Paint splashes on the doorknob and a broken curtain tie in the corner on the floor. All round just not the quality type of property I would ever stay in. And the photos are a little misleading. The pool is nice, but that is about it."
