"Room was very clean. only issue was the cloth blind. There were 2 silver clamps were on the cloth blind, we could not open them due to the clamps. Other than that room was clean."

"The King "Suite" was smaller than I thought it would be. It was nice they gave me a free Tide pod for my laundry. The pool was small. It's a tight fit property due to being so close to ASU. The maid gave excellent service and the front desk was friendly. Breakfast was an added bonus."

"This was cancelled the same day it was made. I also called in the day of after see it was still active to cancel it again. I talked to a lady and told me she would talk to her manager to get it cancelled as no further communication was made. I see this establishment needs the money more than me. What a terrible way to do business. NEVER AGAIN!!!"

"There were cobwebs all over the top of the door. It smelled like cigarette smoke. The floors were dirty. Our feet were black on the bottom when walking around barefoot. One of the showers wasn't working. There was no access key for the amenities, as the description stated (for pool, etc.) You could hear the upstairs people late at night. The location was near the Tempe Marketplace. "

"Property has a fabulous location and wonderful amenities. I rated 4 stars overall as both rooms that we booked had furniture that was damaged and noticeable. The bed frames had torn corners and chipped dressers. One room had a bolt that was broken. We also had several issues with the dinning. I would absolutely stay again as it is my choice in Tempe. Overall the staff is incredibly helpful especially Evan at the desk! Absolutely fantastic!"
