"It is located next to a big cemetery if anyone cares. The unit I stayed in has a very low water pressure and bathtub drain stopper doesn't work. But unlimited good coffee is a good plus in the lobby."

"This hotel is in a rough part of town. There were quite a few homeless people who had set up against this hotel, My wife did not feel safe even in the room. The electrical plugs were VERY loose, and Things that were plugged into them would frequently cut out. The staff were the redeeming factor, they were polite and helpful."

Plenty of carts to transport luggage. the coffee station in room could use decaf coffee. Possibly paper maps of the area with amenities, would also help.
