"The hotel and staff were excellent. The restaurant staff were attentive and the food was excellent. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, very modern, clean and well appointed. My only regret is that we only had one night to spend there and left very early to catch a plane. The hotel is not extremely close to the airport but the staff made sure to arrange a taxi for us the night before."

"This was a beautiful hotel! It is a historic building so it has it’s quirks but it was neat to stay here! The staff was friendly and this one included the free breakfast. The only thing I would caution is the room was a long way through a maze of stairs and corridors so if you brought múltiple suitcases and have a car then plan ahead and only take what you will need and be wearing the next day in your smaller case otherwise this place was fantastic! "one of the best hotel room, i have ever stayed. the lobby is nice, the room is huge and even nicer. they refill the water, but towards the end of our stay, they no longer refill the snack. otherwise the room is nice as per picture, bonus it is just 3 mins walk from the train station, so if your journey is late at night, this hotel is just close by to the train station and royal mile."
