"The Place was right of the highway a bit left off the road near the Sea World. It is lined up with Texas Limestone and lots of Mesquite trees and ligthing. Went drove into the Round a bout and called for the Concierge. He came to greet us very quickly and made sure we had everything we needed for the stay. Place is full of wildlife running around and the rooms where very nice and comfortable. "

"The location of this hotel was centrally located and right in the Riverwalk. The people were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and we lived the layout with the sitting room separated from the bedroom. The hotel seemed a bit older but it was clean and we had everything we needed. "

"Guest at the pool were allowed to jump in pool. A toddler girl was spilling milk and juices in the pool. No staff said a word for their safety "

"The staff was extremely friendly. We got there around 2am but still received a warm welcome. The room was great! The perfect size for my family. It was conveniently located to food and shopping. It was quiet and parking was good."

The beds were incredibly comfortable, inviting you to sink in and enjoy a restful night’s sleep. The water pressure in the bathroom was superb, providing a revitalizing shower experience. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Keep in mind that being in downtown means you'll likely hear the sounds of traffic, the rumble of trash trucks, and the occasional wail of emergency vehicles, particularly during the vibrant Fiesta season. However, the location is unbeatable—right in the heart of everything, within a leisurely stroll of the Historic Marketplace, the charming La Villita, and the scenic Riverwalk."

"Fantastic rooms and vibe, it’s very cozy"

"The Hotel is in a great location. That’s all it has going for it. No one at check in told me I had to call to get my room cleaned. I called to Housekeeping Friday morning and was told they would clean it. But they didn’t come until 5pm. I was taking a nap and told them to just leave some towels. Very disappointing for the amount I paid for the room! I would appreciate some amount of money for the inconvenience "

"Llegamos al hotel The Crockett el piso mas la habitación no tenian aire acondicionado y cuando le pedimos el cambio de habitación,el recepcionista nos dijo que lamentablente no tenian habitaciones vacantes,insistimos que ellos nos deberian resolver por ser una situacion que no tenia que ver directamente con nosotros,en fin nos consiguieron una habitation en el Hotel Menger en este el piso y los abanicos de techos (ceiling fans)de la habitación muy sucios,el baño igual.Los elevadores algunos fuera de servicios.No lo recomendamos y aparte de todo el estacionamiento es una estafa, fueron más de $187 por tres noches.Muy mala experiencia,lamentablemente!"
