"Despite renovations rooms were dated and not very clean. Air conditioning did not work well, could not get below 74 despite being set at 60. Trickling water pressure. Told front desk staff but could not be fixed."

"I wouldn’t eat this breakfast - it’s all processed. Disappointing. A free breakfast should have a variety…this is not a healthy breakfast. Nothing fresh or good. I like the room and area and that a maid brought me new sheets and pillowcases etc but she just handed them to me. She should have come into the room and made the bed herself since that’s her job."

"All was great except the night desk man. He was rude, sarcastic, and wanted to argue about a shower chair. Instead of offering to help with my request, he just made excuses. Of course this was not the way an attendant should treat a guest. There are many other hotel choices and I will definitely consider others because of his sarcasm and rudeness."
