"On approach of the Portsmouth Inn budget hotel it did look a bit off putting by all the wiring and stuff by the door but, as I found out when you go inside everything is nice and clean. there is nobody there to welcome you. It is a self service keyless entry. when you get in contact with the actual property manager you’re given a card via A key holder lock which opens the front door and opened your room inside the room. "Had a lovely stay on a work trip. Room was nice, parking was easy, nice option for breakfast"

"The hotel it self is well located. Close to the Gunwharf Quays and in walking distance from the train station and the Portsmouth Historic Dockyard. The staff was really friendly. Especially when I asked how to get to the D-Day Museum. Breakfast was well stocked with the basics. The I would say is the rooms could use an upgard. But if you are looking for a well located hotel. This is for you."

"The location is great the bathroom to our room was up some stairs from the bedroom the door opened out towards the stairs covering the handrail so could be a problem for some coming down the stairs from the bathroom. "The room was clean and spacious . We had a room with threes single beds and a little table and chairs. The shower room was nice. There was no reception there was lock boxes to pick up key cards from for the rooms. The price was really reasonable. The beds were very comfortable "
