"Stayed for one night in a family room, everything was good despite not having enough toilet roll and hair dryer not working couldn’t fault it. Great spacious room, tea and coffee facilities had snacks and drinks in fridge for extra cost but still cheap. Great stay will return in the future."

"Kelly the host is really nice. Very up to date decor, however room wasnt the cleanest. Couldnt use two of the pillows as they smelt mouldy and were dirty cases Our room (101) came with two keys, one for room and one for front door which was explained, however our door couldnt lock. "I stayed at the hotel between the 11-13 of July. Very hot weekend. Price of the hotel included PARKING and air conditioning. When I arrived I found out there is only a fan with water in the room. I was told exactly where to park by the receptionist which never bothered to let me know I need to register the parking as if I should miraculously know. I received a penalty for the for the free parking because I did not register and was never told to do so. I’m now having to pay £170 because of the...
