It was a hot summer day there was no AC in the room , squeaky floors. At 11am sharp the housekeeping staff started banging on the door despite a dnd sign on the doorknob and my having advised the night before I would be checking out at 12 and I was told
No problems! When I complained to reception they just said sorry and nothing else ….

My daughter and I stayed here for 7 days. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better. It seemed we were central to everything, as we used buses, the underground and the trains, with all our journeys starting at the Victoria Station only 1/2 block away. There were a number of excellent restaurants within walking distance, and a few theatres if you want to see a show. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. The variety of the food was very good and everything was fresh. The hotel is very clean and I love that our room did not have any carpet. The soundproofing is pretty good. My only suggestion is if the hotel could offer a couple of washing machines and dryers for guests to catch up on laundry. But that's not really a "con", just a nice have they may consider. The hotel does offer laundry services but sometimes I just prefer to do my own. Otherwise, great staff and great hotel!
