"The hotel was perfect except for one thing. There were people who came on the roof while my grandchildren were swimming in the pool. These people had done things that are not allowed so we were forced to leave before closing!The staff did nothing to prevent it or ask them to stop!"

Front desk staff was not personable at all. Wasn’t rude but no small talk and never made eye contact. Rooms were nice and comfortable."

"Wonderful front desk staff. When we arrived they were providing an empanada and punch tasting which were lovely. Our room was humid and the air didn’t get as cool as we liked but it wasn’t bad enough to ask to switch rooms since we only stayed 1 night. You are walking distance from stores and restaurants. Great pre-cruise hotel!"
