"I can’t say enough about the people who work at this hotel. I accidentally booked two rooms for 1 night instead of 1 room for two nights. Expedia didn’t want to help me but after calling the hotel they let me know how to get around this and worked to make sure I got things corrected without having to pay for the extra room as Expedia said I would have to. "

"The place smelled gross, there were no blankets, just a sheet and a decorative fabric over the sheet that felt like curtain material. There was loud fist fights in the hallway at 6am, and to top it off, there was a literal cockroach on the sink. "

"Room didn’t have a tv remote and replacement was not provide. Quick check-in, friendly staff at front desk, good parking. Coffee was awful."

"We had a phenomenal time in Columbia, even though the circumstances were not great as our car broke down. The staff was very accommodating and kind throughout our stay. I would love to shoutout Valerie at the front desk as she met my stress with kindness and compassion. My whole trip was made better by her."

"I only stayed overnight, so I didn't require any cooking equipment, but if I had, there would have been a deposit required for the equipment. The room was very clean, in very good shape with a comfortable bed. Shower was hot with a strong spray head, no shampoo, but I had my own. I would stay, again."

"The bathroom, the shower made a weird noise when using it the toilet made a weird noise when nobody was in there the kitchen was stocked with pots and pans, silverware, and dishes"

"All the basics were present. There were a couple quirks like no batteries in the tv remote and my card stopped working early. Staff were happy to help with any issue I brought to them and the room felt clean. Breakfast had a lot of options so it was easy to gind something my kid would eat"
