"The hotel appeared clean but there was a musty smell throughout the hotel that smelled like they are putting febreeze over it so it was kind of a weird smell. Our air conditioning didn't work and we called the front desk 3 times and it was never fixed, nobody contacted us about it, and our windows ..."

"Breakfast was a bit of a disaster. Ordered 2 poached eggs just as another visitor ordered 2 poached eggs. It would seems the chef was told to cook 2 poached eggs. After waiting about 10 minutes 2 poached eggs were produced and the other visitor took them. I asked the chef about my 2 poached eggs. ..."
