Man, where do I begin! In my 31 years of living this was the worst hotel experience I ever had. I am not exaggerating with any of this either. From the moment I entered the leasing office it felt uncomfortable and took Denise to get her butt off the couch. We get informed we got the "bad room" which was the advertised hotel at the most affordable rate. Then the "next day" we'll upgrade to the other room. The room was legit the smallest dungeon I ever seen. NO AC truly working, the AC unit was able to fall off the walls, cracked bathroom door, dirty bath tub, dent marks all over. We finally get to the other room snd it's barely better. To spend $500+ a night it's a legit robbery. Denise was the rudest lately in the world saying we booked the room orginally and it's acceptable and all the rooms are the same price. Meanwhile we get new keys and apparently we went to the wrong room, but the key worked? So do all rooms have the same key? Why would the key work if it was the wrong room after moving and having the worst experience coming from Florida. At check out, the yogurt was stale and on no ice. Denise knew how disgusting she was and how upset we were with an unaccptable experience, she flat out drove off and told me to throw the keys on the porch. Meanwhile others were waiting to check in and I couldn't check in properly or get any solutions figured out. Denise was incredibly rude, disgusting, unprofessional and legit robbed me from the moment I stepped foot on the property.
