"Room very clean very modern.
Staff were brilliant . I use a wheel chair and the main lifts were out of order but staff gave me rear excess key next to there service lift which really helped
Only issue i had room was really hot and i had no way adjusting thr temperature in the room which i just had to open the windows but being on 6th floor and having yoing child with me was a worry .
The main windows do open all the way they should have a way to stop this as i was worred toleave...

"The place was above expectations. A great location, a lovely room with loads of amenities. Extremely clean and well presented and overall great value. It was fine for me, but my room on the top floor may not have been ideal for someone older or less mobile"

"Very welcoming apartment, warm and thank you for the opportunity.
Apart from a stained mattress cover near the feet and burnt iron spot in bedroom on carpet.
A Hot water signage to be stuck next to taps, water too hot.
All went well, a very comfy home.
