"Lovely staff, couldn’t have been more helpful. Food very good. Just thought room needed a bit of tiding/painting, bathrooms needed re grouting etc. it didn’t affect our stay, but is top money and except it to be right. We stayed in a sea view room with doors to open but no window to let any air in. So it was the door open which not sure on security of that. And there was no air-conditioning. All in all a lovely place. "

"We stayed in Kingston because we wanted to „shortcut“´a long stage of the South Coast Path. We received a very friendly welcome, the hosts were great, and the Dolphin Inn Pub and the rooms have lots of athmosphere! We liked it a lot!"

"We had a wonderful visit and the location is superb. The house needed some fixing but none of the small issues really affected us but the sketchy internet was a problem. Hopefully they can improve that to make everything perfect. A truly lovely place."
