"Wonderful stay at this pet friendly hotel in Nanaimo! The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and it is perfectly located in downtown to shops, restaurants, the harbor, and the park. Highly recommended!"

"Chose this hotel because it was 10 minutes from the ferry terminal and there was a restaurant (Ricky’s) on site. The bed was far too soft so much so I was thinking on sleeping on the floor. Instead I slept with my head at the foot of the bed which was a wee bit better. Upon check out staff checked the bed and agreed it was very soft and would have it changed out. They offered us a free dinner if we return. I won’t be returning."
