"Beautifully appointed historic building, all updated. Super convenient location- 1 block from Michigan Ave, 1-2 blocks to trains to airport, suburbs. Right next to the El but I heard no train sounds at all. Felt safe. Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Had a great stay."

"The room was okay for a short stay and mainly good for resting/sleeping. The washroom had a slightly stuffy, damp smell, which made it feel less fresh than expected. I also noticed some dust around the bedside table area. Staff was decent overall, but the room could benefit from better cleaning and ventilation."

"The late night staff was very much distasteful, atmosphere was a bit hostile not helpful. The staff just stares at you as you pass by, it was giving the gross sisters from the proud family non expressive low vibrational. Day time staff was a bit chirpier. The view was alright, I only chose to stay here because tik tok made it look worth it but id rather spend the extra elsewhere."

"Lovely hotel, very modern and clean. Had fantastic views from the top floor. We were on floor 28 and the skyline was great. Bed very comfortable and it was expected from a 4* hotel. Chicago is a business city, reminded me of a bar man set as its high rised buildings and slightly darker from the shadows of these buildings. "A very beautiful property just not the cleanest for the amount they want to charge.
