"Loved everything about the place, except the breakfast. While there was hot bagels and engliah muffins. I would expect a hot breakfast from such a nice fancy place. No scrambled eggs or pancakes or french toast or bacon. Still loved the stay!"

"My room was clean and nice… BUT.. the 3rd floor smells like marijuana….but I guess it’s legal in NY…. The 1st night we had ..1towel for 2 of us and we couldn’t get any more after the front desk closed… even though the environmental person lives in that hotel…. Was told .. we could get more at 9am… well my sister had to be at the hospital for a heart cath at 7:15…….!!!
Went to check out… no one at front desk at 9am as per their start time…..
After the 1st night issues with towels… I could get...

"There were ink stains on the bed and two beyond extremely thin pillows on each bed. One bed did not have a matching comforter and just looked dingy white (but it was clean). The AC unit had a broken panel but it worked and there was trash on the grounds outside my room. The staff were very friendly and personable. "

"Breakfast was great. Eggs, toast, great job on the bacon! These blueberry scones that were yummy! The staff was very friendly and fun, and my kids played pool in the lobby. The weight room had a nice setup, and we didn't use the pool, but it looked nice. The rooms were clean and comfy. We were there 4/8/26-4/12/26. Everything looked new. Would stay there again. Great short vacation to visit colleges. Thanks!"

"The breakfast was bad....not what is expected. The guy said they had had a problem with the food supplier for about a week and it showed. Orange juice was basically water. The warming trays were there but no food in them?? No packaged muffins, English muffins, just bagels. Also, no yogurt."

" no bar, no restaurant? older motel.
a few problems at check in, but Chris took care of them right away.
when we booked it said restaurant and bar (and thought it said pool). there were none of these.
people staying in our hallway had a party/ screaming match until 5 AM, so we got no sleep.
we were 20 feet from the front desk, we thought they would have done something about the yelling and fighting going on but nothing was done.

"Clean and well organized kitchen. Spacious living area with basic but attractive layout and decor. Having a separate bedroom was very nice. The grooming area, with lighted mirror, sinks, closet, abundant drawers was separate from the toilet and bath which is nice. One glaring oversight was positioning the bed directly and almost touching the heating/cooling unit. No one enjoys sleeping with cold or hot air blowing on them. I turned it off for the night, grateful that the weather was temperate....
