"Breakfast was great. Both mornings was a slightly different breakfast but still consistent! Staff was super friendly and accommodating especially since we had an oversized vehicle! Space needle and monorail within walking distance. Some restaurants around the hotel. The one we went to was really good and accommodated 8 of us. Rooms were quiet couldn’t hear the people next door or above you so big bonus!!"

"The building was under construction, so I'm sure they had their hands full. The front desk attendant was amazing and welcoming. The main complaints I have are that the shower only heated to lukewarm, and for the 2 nights I stayed there, no one came into the room to replace coffee or empty the trashes. "

"The first room the bed was dirty and the bed sheets where dirty. When I when to tell the staff was not nice like it was my fault. They give a different room but staff were not nice. I choose this hotel because I have a great experience in Los Angeles, but in Seattle not a good experience "

"Lots of small issues…like waffle makers
, one inoperable. Worst was only one elevator which made for backups.Breakfaxt was understaffed. Chipped paint in pool area.
