"There’s a train that runs by the hotel and blows its whistle all day and all night. Expect to be awakened every hour or so. Bring your own bath products because they don’t provide much, and the shower has nowhere to set anything. The curtain was too short and the water ran everywhere. We requested 2 rooms together, but our family was split up. Also, in both of the rooms the alarm clocks started going off in the middle of the night. The only way to stop them was to unplug them. It was really a disappointment and a terrible nights sleep. "

"I always appreciate to start a review with a compliment, so, I did very much enjoy the comfort of a Good mattress! And the sheets and pillows were very nice and comfy as well. Also, the hand soap was of good quality and made my hands feel clean. BUT… The overall cleanliness of the property was not great. My Husband went to the pool and the locker room was locked so no place to change in private. And there was a cigarette butt in the hot tub. Now, some of this is poor behavior is from guests but the garbages being stuffed to the full is on the staff. I want to let you know, I never saw one bug of any kind during my stay, which I think is significant because it’s not pristine. I have managed a cleaning company before I retired, and I would have a long “punch list” for my staff. Would I stay there again? You know what? I probably would. Being that the other Hotels are double in price, I can live with it for a night or two. Overall, staff were good, breakfast was OK, they just need to amp up the cleaning. TV worked, coffee maker was clean and worked, and the mattress was clean and comfortable. So, because the price was more affordable, I may stay there again. Thank you! "

"I do not recommend this hotel at all. The cleanliness is terrible, and that’s the most basic thing you expect from a place you’re staying at. From the moment we walked in, the floor was sticky and dirty—it felt completely neglected. The bathroom was simply disgusting: the sink had built-up grime, like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. The freezer area was also in very bad condition, with visible residue and dirt, clearly something that hasn’t been cleaned in ages. In the room, although the curtain looked fine, everything else was very disappointing. The air conditioning was another issue—we had to turn it off because it was triggering allergies for all of us, which clearly shows a lack of proper maintenance. Honestly, the place is filthy. In a hotel, cleanliness is the most important thing, and this place completely fails at that. I would not return or recommend it."
