"I'm not a big fan of going to a pool area that smells like chlorine. It's too overwhelming."

"There was hair in bed when comforter pulled down. The bathroom amenities were empty - no shampoo, conditioner or body soap. I spoke to staff and they said they weren’t able to “compensate” me or give a discount because room was booked on Expedia."

"When we got to our room, it wasn’t cleaned so we notified the desk and they gave us another room right away and she apologized a couple of times. One person was rude but everyone else was very nice and polite. There is a lovely park near by and an easy walk to downtown. I will be going there again."

"Loved that 2 King beds were available. Guys at front doesn’t was very helpful and pleasant. Only thing that I had problems with was the tub. The sides were tall to step over for a handicap person. And no o didn’t ask for a handicap room. Only thing I would suggest for them to get mini fridge with the small freezer due traveling you need yo refresh ice packs and Stuff. As an example I needed mine froze to keep my insulin cold during my travel."

"Hotel was build together with a Hampton hotel. Many of the amenities such as pool, exercise room etc are actually next door requiring a long walk. When I checked in, was given room 205…it was suggested that I could carry my luggage up the stairs OR use the elevator…in that order…I understand once I found the elevator about 75 yards basically in the Hampton. We used the stairs after that including bouncing our suitcases"

"Good size room, comfy beds, great breakfast! Good location for us, as we explored the Black Hills and surrounding areas. Unfortunately we asked for the room to be serviced midway through our 4 night stay, but it wasn't done. Other than that it was a good stay!"

"When reserving our room, several months ago, we requested a king room with a walk-in/roll-in shower. When we arrived, we were told that the room was not available, but they had a double room available with a walk-in shower. It was a double room with a full-size tube with grab bars. The bathroom was not clean and there were no towel bars on the walls. We could not get to the sink because of the towels and washcloths that were blocking the sink and we were not able to get the stopper to hold water...

"Property seemed pretty clean. However, the front desk attendant seemed super confused about our checking in. When we got our room key and went to our room someone was already occupying the room! It smelled of marijuana too. We were then put in a double queen room and the hair dryer was missing out of the bathroom- looked like someone cut the cord off of it! Loud people all through the night."

"We couldnt check in because the manager never showed up. After waiting outside for almost 2 hours and three phone calls my husband and i ended up leaving and driving the rest of the 6 hours home. I also have current picturea that i want to share because the property today is nothing like what is posted on your website. I would like a refund please because on the third phone call the manager told me he never received my reservation from Expedia and he had issues with Expedia in the past. This...

"We will be back. Our daughter forgot her stuffed animal she loves, and the hotel staff were great about it. I texted the number they greeted me with that had said if I had any questions I could reach out on the line. They quickly messaged back and they found her animal. We were able to get a shipping label created and they got it sent back to us. The hotel is very clean with a nice gym. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you again to the amazing staff."

"I will say, the only reason I am not giving this a better rating is because nowhere on the website or when we made the reservation were we told that the hotel was undergoing extensive renovations, and the key amenities we were looking for (namely the swimming pool for our kids, and the hot fresh breakfasts) were not going to be available. I don't care how friendly the staff is, or how nice the rooms, when this level of restriction is not publicized prior to booking, it is an extremely poor look...
