"A fairly high class hotel with a lot of staff. Some slight signs of wear in the bathroom but it was large like the bedroom, with a comfy bed. AC was a little unreliable, switching off when it wanted or freezing the room at times. Worst experience was on the Sunday when one whole corridor of rooms had what must have been an explosion of raw sewage. "Great location, clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, nice toiletries and great selection of coffee and teas. Great food and drinks available onsite. Ideas for improvement- larger fridge, the fridge is tiny - other than the free water that is provided you can’t fit anything more in there. Robes would be nice as well as body lotion or hand cream in the bathroom."

"My daughter and I decided to have a few nights away and as we had the sun on our side for the week we decided to stay in the UK. We came across this hotel and although expensive we decided we weren't paying for flights and booked two nights. How very special from the moment we arrived and had our car parked for us.
