Only small gripe was that the room was extremely hot and the wedding guests from the wedding that was also going on were very loud below the room so we could not open the window. "This hotel is as wonderful as they say. Absolutely beautiful. The restaurant is delicious and has the best coffee. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I cannot say enough good. We stayed here for 1 night, pre cruise out of Southampton. It was only a 30 minute taxi ride to port. Romsey is a small (1,000 people) town, the prettiest little English town you'll ever see. I wish we could have stayed longer. Not touristy and easy to navigate. One of those "out of the way" " off...
