"Very clean and beds were very comfortable. The beds had normal size pillows, and duvets. The stay was fine, front desk and staff were very nice. But even with the air condition on in the room for some reason it was extremely humid and muggy in the room. More so than outside. the weather was great. "We got in late; left early. It is very convenient to the Portland airport and easy to find. The facility is very new—it still has that “new carpet smell” in the halls. Our room was clean, the towels were soft and fresh, there were quality toiletries, and two ginormous TVs (which we didn’t use). The bed was comfortable and sheets were soft. "Dirty rooms. The bed was filthy and we had bugs crawling on us that looked like bed bugs when the lights went off. Hotel changed our room to then give us a “new clean room” inspected the bed and didn’t find any dirt or bug like issues but did find crushed candy in the carpet and food behind the TV."

"I had a terrible stay at the Hilton in Portland the house cleaning g crew never changed my linen sheets. The sheets were soiled all the way down into the mattress! I called the front desk yes they switched my room but I was very uncomfortable because I layed in the soiled bed. I took a shower but still felt uncomfortable. This is very unacceptable. I’m very surprised with the price on this hotel very very dissatisfied"
