"Hotel lobby and elevators and hallways and rooms were very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was very good and delicious with a variety of items, and nicely organized in a very clean environment. The staff were very professional, punctual, very helpful and welcoming to hotel guests. I observed that managers were presented during breakfast hours with a very respectful manner which made me feel honored as a guest. The hotel location is very convenient close to all amenities in downtown and is located by Riverside with the beautiful view to Detroit River and Riverside road in border and historic city of Windsor/ Ontario. I'll surly stay at this hotel again in my next trip to Windsor."

"You get what you pay for her. I will say the hotel was surprisingly quiet despite being so close to traffic. Breakfast was adequate but there is a lack of seating for the number of people eating."

"This was a phenomenal hotel stay! Clean, spacious room with a great pool, workout centre and tremendous breakfast! Also, the girl that checked us in was very efficient and friendly! 10/10 stay!"
