"Super cute apartment room"

"This is a nicely updated older facility that is conveniently located to I-5 and downtown Bellingham. The staff were friendly and efficient. I was staying over on my way through the area so I didn't have time to enjoy the lovely pool area but I will definitely come back and stay for a few nights."

"It is always delightful to stay at the Chrysalis. The view is always special and every room we have stayed in features the view and giving you every opportunity to enjoy it in a peaceful way. The food is always good; the location is perfect for walking around and exploring; plenty of things to do around Fairhaven. If you have a car, driving through forested areas to the coastline; lovely. "Spotless"

"It was cheap, but I will spend more next time. Things are pretty old and worn. The room reeked of stale cigarette smoke, and there was a lot of road noise from a nearby freeway. The air conditioning system showed an error, and didn’t appear to operate. The guy at the front desk did give me some air freshener to mask the odor in the room. No breakfast, just coffee, which I did not try."

"This is a Days Inn that is becoming a Fair Bridge. Rooms are not that nice: no cups in the room, sink is dripping below, and the best part- drops of blood on one of the towels in our room. Not making that up. Pool is in complete disrepair; hotel needs a major overhaul."

"We loved this hotel. The breakfast was great. The pool is on the smaller size, so would not be ideal for adult swimmers. Shallow water is not an issue for us, it was great a small child. The staff was cordial. There is a mall right across the street, and many restaurants near by. I would book again."

"Our stay started with a 15 minute wait for someone to show up to the front desk. Immediately upon dropping our luggage in the room, a panel fell off the wall exposing cords and wires. We couldn't get it back on. The shampoo and conditioner in the shower weren't working so I had to pry them off the wall to get them to work. The shampoo needed the spout jostled to get it working, and the conditioner was out. I discovered this while I was in the shower so there was no making it right. At one...

"The property is clean and the staff are friendly, but the building itself is poorly constructed. You could hear upstairs footsteps, literally felt like they were stepping on your head. So, the quality of your stay depends on who your neighbors are. Breakfast was just ok, nothing to be super excited about."
