Had a really great stay. The lifeguards, waiters and all staff were amazing. So attentive and would do anything for you. Cannot fault any of the food, although appearing as a normal buffet, it is all of immense quality and I cannot fault it. The culinarium experience is also amazing. Everywhere is clean. Only downside is that floors could be very slippy at times but cannot help that!

This is one of the cleanest hotels I have visited in Sousse. We have been tourist here for 30 years. The staff are very helpful and attentive. Our maid Leila could not do enough for us and our waiter Rizwan served us with a smile every day

One of the best all-inclusives I've ever stayed in! As soon as i stepped through the door, the welcome & the friendliness of the staff really stood out. Everyone was lovely & keen to help. Food was much better than every all-inclusive I've been to, with more cooked-to-order stations & allergen labelling than seen elsewhere. The a la carte restaurant was also utterly delicious & not just buffet-style stuff plated nicely as they often are. And having a selection of local drinks to try was a great idea. Spa was amazing - the team were all so lovely & i chose a 3-day experience - great to see traditional hammam as well as top-quality modern facial techniques used. So relaxing! Hotel is in good nick & i was impressed at great wifi all over the property, even on the lovely beach & the well kitted out gym as well as all the cultural/fitness/other activities on offer. I would usually have avoided downloading an app for a holiday, but was fab to see all that was on & be able to book onto it. Room was ideal - compact as it looks in the pictures, but had everything i needed & was spotless. Lovely to have a fruit plate & bottled water (which was topped up every day) for my arrival too. Only small downside for me was the timing for dinner/gap late afternoon when it wasnt possible to get food. Between 4 &7pm it seemed none of the bars of restaurant served food, even though their opening times were during this time. I'd much rather eat earlier than 7pm but realise thats unusual!

Calm, great staff, good food

Really calm atmosphere, the buffet food was a good surprise as it was always fresh with a lot of choice and many healthy options. The staff were amazing, really polite and friendly, you could tell they cared about the hotel and it's success. The grounds are immaculate, and the hotel is really clean with lovely toilets!

Petit hôtel propre et bien situé, mais le service est terriblement mauvais. Pour commencer, la réceptionniste se trompe et nous donne des bracelets tout compris soft alors que nous avons précisé que notre réservation était all inclusive. Une deuxième déception suite à l'attitude discriminante des serveurs de la piscine. Nous nous rendons compte le deuxième jour qu'ils ne nous ont pas fourni les cartes pour les serviettes de plage lors du check in. Et pour finir en beauté, un agent de sécurité nous toque a la porte de notre chambre et demande de quitter la chambre et faire le check out à 11h45 avec un ton décent alors que notre réservation indiquait 12h30. Suite à notre plainte le dernier jour, la même réceptionniste nous dit qu'il est normal de subir cette discrimination parce que nous sommes tunisiens.....

Great property, great views, great beach, very good food, but some small improvements would make it even better. A/C in the hallways especially the top floor is vital in the summer heat, also common sense hospitality training could be improved as some staff members seem to have difficulty with normal, formal greetings
