"Had a really great stay. The lifeguards, waiters and all staff were amazing. So attentive and would do anything for you. Cannot fault any of the food, although appearing as a normal buffet, it is all of immense quality and I cannot fault it. The culinarium experience is also amazing. Everywhere is clean. Only downside is that floors could be very slippy at times but cannot help that!"

"Perfect Hotel for people looking for all inclusive. For me this was accidental, I was going to be in sousse and booked without looking at this detail. Pleasantly surprised by the friendly service, to amazing food in dining hall! Lots of great options. All team members are helpful, smiley and love to help guests. "This hotel is very lgbt friendly. I had to flee another hotel due to homophobia and bigotry and the Hotel Sousseana was an excellent replacement and a safe haven too . Very friendly reception staff who were knowledgeable about the local area and respected my pronouns as a non binary person.
