"Room was little smelly, i had to turn in the Air Conditioner and step out for couple of hours"

"Did online check-in and waited for digital key as I always do. Check-in time came and went and several hours later app still said that the room was being prepared. Had to go to the front desk only to be told that the room was ready. Not a big deal… But frustrating. Woke up at 6 AM to loud hallway music playing, open the door to find a speaker right above room 112 where we were staying. I’ve never been in a hotel where the hallway music was playing let alone loud enough to wake people up. Went...

"We were greeted by a charming woman who was friendly and helpful. The hotel was fine. It had everything we needed!"

"We arrived VERY LATE so I cannot really judge. Perfect stay for a family! Very roomy and large living space for families. Staff could have been more welcoming and friendly."

"Property staff was always attentive and/or cleaning! Carpet in the main walkways are torn and there is no elevator. I didn't get any breakfast. Other than that, space in the split level room with large area for office/work, 2 queen beds upstairs, small kitchenette, fridge, microwave and 1.5 bedrooms was ample! Also the location near highway, grocery and restaurant worked for me."

"We stayed for only one night, and for that it was fine i guess. Bed was ok - thank god it had sheetz on it cause they don’t cover the bottom / boxspring and you can see how disgusting and stained it is pillows were terrible. Room was very small but again ok for the one night, did not see an iron board or safe in there like shown in the pictures. Dressers were stained inside and dirty. Bathroom was eh - there were a few dead roaches in the bathroom by the toilet. Bathtub looks pretty gross too we...

"We had stayed overnight on the way south. This hotel was chosen for location and had good reviews. The place was clean, the front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. We were given a room near the back entrance in close proximity to reach items from our vehicle. Stay was brief but good. The bed was very comfortable. We chose to stay again on the way back home and enjoyed this overnight stay as well. We will use this property again when traveling south. Thank you :)"

"There was a musty smell and the property is under renovation with enough signs to let us know. I wasn't aware of the construction while booking. So I cut short my stay from 5 days to 1 day after informing property manager on duty, because I was in after 1am due to flight delay. Property manager was more curious about if I had pets (I didn't), than about my conveniences. In the morning, I wasn't told of breakfast."

"This place is a gem– – a beautifully preserved building that dates back to the colonial era which nonetheless provides all modern conveniences. It’s only a stone’s throw from the center of town on a lovely leafy street. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We’re looking forward to our next visit. If you require an elevator, be warned – – this hotel does not have one. We did not mind bringing our bags up to our third-floor room, but that might be a problem for others."

"The room felt damn even though the AC was working fine. Walking barefoot on the carpet felt gross and damp. The lobby was humid and AC clearly didn't work well. There were portable units all over the place. Lobby furniture was tattered. It took way too long to check in for no good reason. The tap to pay wasn't working at the front desk. Hotel was depressing."

"The rooms are clean, but when I walked in the room had a funky smell. Thankfully the AC worked and circulated most of it out. The sink also had sewer gas smell coming out of it, which never went away. Overall not a good place to rest your head be gone."
