"We had such a great experience at this lovely new hotel in Bangtao! The location is super convenient, just minutes from Boat Avenue and Bangtao Beach. They even offer a free shuttle every hour to both spots, which made getting around really easy. The hotel itself feels very fresh and modern. Our room was surprisingly spacious, spotlessly clean, and everything looked brand new. You can tell they put effort into the design and comfort. "Alkuun oli hämmennystä. Olimme maksaneet 3 aikuisesta aamupaloineen etukäteen ja saapuessamme meitä ohjattiin maksamaan 500 bahtia lisävuoteesta ja 100 aamupalasta. Saimme kuitenkin asian ratkottua eikä lisäkuluja tullut. Saimme olla klo 14 saakka hotellihuoneellamme seuraavana päivänä, mikä oli mukavaa, koska meillä oli yölento :) Ovat tarkkoja huoneen kunnosta, varautukaa maksamaan 1000 bahtin avainmaksu. "

Nous avons eu deux coupures d'électricité durant notre séjour. Nous n'avions plus d'eau pendant plusieurs heures un matin. Donc, ce n'est pas un service 5 étoiles, trois au maximum."
