"What a fabulous Riad. From the moment you walk in you are greeted like family. You are served tea and pastries in the courtyard for the check in while your bags are taken to your room. We had the suite w/ terrace overlooking the courtyard which is a beautiful room. The entire staff are always available to help you and usually anticipate what you need before you ask. Great breakfast included every morning. Dinners in the restaurant are excellent with huge servings. Just can’t say enough about how special this Riad is. Want to say thank you to all the staff but a special thank you to Mohammed and Hakin who took care of us morning to night. They made my granddaughters birthday one she will never forget. "From checking to check out was fantastic. Safiyaan the reception staff was very helpful and answered all our queries. He also went the all areas of median on the map and also gave the guide prices and what to lok for. The dinning roof staff were polite and served us well. The room size is good for 2 peoeple and had a hottub/jaccuzi area. Very nice to wind down. The palce is literally next to jamaa el fna .would visit this place agin.they even pavked our breakfast on our last day as we were starting early. Overall .nice place to stay with nuce staff all around."

"The staff were super kind and accommodating. The location was great, just a 5 minute way from everything which was super convenient. The rooms were very clean and beds were comfy. The bathroom was clean and had everything we needed (hair dryer, towels, shampoo, body wash, etc). The terrace was very beautiful and overlooks the city. I accidentally broke my key during my stay and they were very kind about it and replaced it. They also served breakfast which we really enjoyed. Check out was very easy. Everything about this stay was great and we would recommend to everyone coming to Marrakech."

"A great experience all around. The Riad itself exceeded my expectations and the Riad hosts were super helpful, welcoming, and spoke very good English. The room was well maintained and serviced like a hotel! It was clean, and spacious. Upon arrival, we were also given tea and refreshments. The hosts were also accommodating to our late check-out request to leave our luggage and relax in the dining area whilst we waited for our private taxi to arrive (which was also organised by the Riad. Highly recommend for anyone’s first time to stay at Riad Andalla Spa. Will happily return when I visit Marrakech again. "
