Soufriere Mountains Hotels with Swimming Pool

"The ambiance was beautiful. The place was extremely clean and the room/suite was huge. The staff in both the grill and the restaurant were very polite, and meals were served in a timely manner. Was delicious also. My disappointment. I returned the key after our stay and the receptionist did not even ask how way your stay, did you like the facility, can we count on you staying here if you return to the country? Some small talk just to get your feedback or to make sure your were comfortable. NOTHING. The young lady just took the keys and said let me check if you owe anything, a few seconds later she said no, you do not. I left. Poor customer service. I was informed by several people the owner Ruth is very nice, but unfortunately she was out of the country during our visit"
