A villa with beautiful view of the sea & gardens. We loved the glassed in sunroom and doors completely opened up which was lovely! Upon attival, the address was incorrect in description and taxi driver was not able to locate the property. The gate with address listed was a chained gate. Luckily our driver was extremely nice & brought us to a nearby hotel where they found the host & called her. We then had to walk on the busy street with luggage to the correct address. It was a little stressful but we got there safely. There was a very long, steep cobblestone driveway that we had to walk down to get to the villa with all our luggage. It was hard going up on the day we left and had to do this daily to catch a taxi. It would have been nice if there was a golf cart or small vehicle to assist us. Property was remote and not close to anything. We had to take a taxi everywhere but luckily connected with our original taxi driver that accommodated us every day. WiFi was not available most of our stay which made it challenging to coordinate what we were doing day to day. Our nespresso machine worked but leaked water so we kept a bath towel under it. Overall it was a beautiful property but if you have mobility issues & want to be closer to cafes and sightseeing you may want to check locations closer to the square in Sorrento.

The property is surrounded by absolutely beautiful scenery. The views from the house were stunning, and the landscape was gorgeous. The property was also clean and had three bedrooms, so it may work well for guests who do not mind staying in a very quiet and secluded area. However, the inside of the house was not what I expected. The bedrooms were small, and there was no real indoor living room or common sitting area. The main sitting area was the enclosed veranda. It was pretty and surrounded by glass, but there was no air conditioning, so it did not feel like a comfortable indoor living space. We also had a problem with ants. My children complained that there were ants in and around their beds, and I reported this to the property manager. The biggest issue happened the night before we left. The internet was turned off, and because the property is located up in the mountains, we had no cell service or other way to connect. We could not send emails, make phone calls, or contact anyone outside the property. My children and I felt very isolated and honestly scared because we were worried about what would happen if there were an emergency. We barely slept that night. The scenery was beautiful, and the house itself was not terrible, but the lack of a comfortable indoor living area, the ants, and especially losing all internet and communication made the experience very stressful.
