"Absolutely amazing experience at Rosemead House. It is like stepping into a magical wonderland. Beautiful property, building, rooms, restaurant. Delicious breakfast in an adorable setting. We weren't able to have dinner at the renowned restaurant, but will definitely go back again to enjoy that experience which is supposed to be sensational. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. HIGHLY recommend Rosemead and can't wait to visit again!!"

"The Spinnakers Heritage House was an excellent place to stay while visiting Victoria. The room was absolutely lovely. We really enjoyed the local soaps and tea. It is a great location - close enough to walk to downtown and cafes in West Vic. The staff was great and we enjoyed our complimentary truffles and beer flight at the pub. We would love to come back in the future - so sad to hear it will be closing!"

"Where do I start?? Our 25th Anniversary, first time stay and we could not have been more impressed! Kudos to Brad the doorman, who greeted us, smiled many times and gave us recommendations and tips along the way. Kain the server in Aura, who's fun and cheerful manner, excellent service that was above and beyond the ordinary. Our room was clean, comfortable and exceptional size. We were so very impressed with this hotel!!!"

"The kids really enjoyed the seals, otters, and blue herons in the harbour. Additionally, the pool, hot tub, and enjoyable stroll or water taxi to the other side of the harbour. The staff, views, and location were incredible!"

"Beautiful and colourful place. Location was perfect. Room had what we needed and was had a great retro aesthetic. The Ruby had very enjoyable and high quality breakfast/lunch fare. Did not use the pool, slide or hot tub but everyone we heard seemed to be having lots of fun"

"The hotel was fine, but the cost was expensive for value. I normally stay at holiday in which is considered a lower star hotel- offers free breakfast etc. this was “ok. Clean and comfortable for sure. They made a chocolate plate for my daughter’s bday which was fabulous… but all around just ok."

"Close to everything. Room is small and dated. I would probably look for something more modern. The restaurant was good and staff friendly. I did not use the athletic club so I cannot comment on that."

"We stayed in the only 3 bed option room. It was super spacious.The front desk made sure to let us know our room is beside the Pub attached to the hotel and there would be live music being played up till 10:30 pm on the Friday and Saturday. The music wasn't loud in our room at all and we don't mind noise so it was great! Be prepared to walk up 2 flights of stairs for extra exercise to work off the yummy Victoria food! Pool was excellent and empty when we visited beginning of June! Great walking...
