"I had communicated directly with the hotel to upgrade and was quoted a price which I accepted and was told should be paid on check in. On arrival there was no upgrade I showed my emails to the receptionist Jose and was dismissed and found him rude. However I spoke to another receptionist the following day Jessica who explained things and arranged for us to be upgraded ASAP. Thank you Jessica. "We stayed here for 3 nights on a girls trip in September, The hotel was very basic but clean. The pool area is very small so we opted for the beach. Can’t fault the food. Lots of choice. All inclusive drinks are exactly what you’d expect to get at a 3star hotel, Really good location. All in all I’d say you get what you pay for, "
