"We had a great time at Tropicana Aparthotel. Very clean hotel and staff is so friendly, helpful and polite. There was no shortage of sun beds or space by the pool. "Service to help carry bags up and down the stairs would have been helpful because hurting my back at the start of the vacation is not a good start. That being said, they easily had the best, most friendly, most helpful staff across the board. Day trips can be planned with the hotel pickup but the actual pickup spots are 5-10mins walk away. On arrival there was no upgrade I showed my emails to the receptionist Jose and was dismissed and found him rude. "The hotel is amazing, perfect for a break away to do nothing and relax. The buffet has a great selection. The staff are attentive and constantly clearing up. The Mediterranean restaurant is okay, the Italian wasn’t very good at all. All inclusive is the way forward for value for money. Would definitely stay at another of the resorts elsewhere. Some bits need a bit of TLC like silicone around shower tray and a few missing tiles in the pool, but nothing to cut yourself on or dangerous. The views into the cove beach are stunning! "
