"Although we booked Alamos Apartments the deluxe 2 bed one we were initially given was clearly not as per the photos/description so the manager moved us to another in the block nearer the sea called Playa Verde which was much better and actually had the sea view promised (and a great one from the 7th floor!)"

"More of a complex than a hotel, had to drive around twice to find check in. Dissapointed with communication. reported on the first night that the heating, cooling was not working and the patio door would not lock, these issues were ignored. Otherwise, very good stay and fantastic choice of food."

"Wonderful view from our room. Spacious balcony. The food was good! Pretty much the same but slightly different foods. But well made. The staff took the hotel to the next level. Their level of friendliness gave the trip a lovely touch. Their greetings and smiles. The only downside was that we came when the weather was a bit cold to go in the ocean.
