Hotel di Somesville

"We had the most wonderful breakfast!! Very yummy!!"

"Excellent property. Very clean, easy to understand check in/check out, convenient parking, and great location. 30 or so minutes from Acadia, close to the small downtown area in the local town (which has great food) and easy check out instructions."

"Excellent find. Perfect location and super nice staff. I would stay here again!"

"The cottage was great but the one we had was so close to the road that we heard constant traffic noise. The ones farther away from the road were probably more peaceful."

"The most charming and convenient location in Bar Harbor. We loved our stay!"

"Excellent location"

"Beautiful property, nice area. Quiet and family friendly town."

"This place is the perfect escape. The view was amazing in a beautiful forest area. Great for those who like to be outdoors. The cabin was clean and had plenty of space. The location is great for peace and quiet so make sure to meal prep or look at restaurants ahead of time."

"The room was very cute and comfortable. The location was spot on. Walking distance to shops, places to eat and the Sand Bar you can walk across. The only concern was the parking. If you have a big truck it was very difficult to park in their lot at the hotel. I loved the walk into town for meals. The hotel did have breakfast and an omelet station which was great. The bed was extremely comfortable."

"The Inn was very charming. Our room was on the top floor (attic) of the old house. The owner was very helpful and really wanted people to enjoy the coast and all it has to offer. The only hiccup for us was the windows in our room did not seal well so cold air leaked into both the bedroom and bathroom and the bedroom window rattled all night when it was windy outside. It is about 57 minutes away from Acadia."

"WAY overpriced ! check in never said welcome to the Bluenose, thanks for chosing us, only ID & C.C. Listed a restaurant, but found out only breakfast, Lounge with Piano and bar was like listening to a piano in a church. they should change it to a sports bar, fun environment with Pizzas or something to have some food. checking out, never asked how was your stay, could we have done anything better. Not even a bottle of water in room, which with what you pay, should have. Much better to stay in...

"Very cute and clean. Very accessible to bar harbor and hiking areas."
