"The property was modern and looked very nice Unfortunately the room let the whole overnight experience down. The bathroom was filthy. The bath and shower were dirty, needed a deep clean and updating. I bought this to the attention of the Duty Manager. I was offered IHG points. I will not be staying there again"

"Good parking for my high top van. Although Hotpoint service vans are there in abundance! Comfortable bed & nice spacious room. Good breakfast served from 6.30am in the week. Good choices for an evening meal. 👌"

"Breakfast was really good, staff were all very nice and helpful. Our room was very tired looking and needs modernising, if not a least fresh paint, carpet, curtains, linen. Our cold water tap didn't work. I told reception and asked for additional water, which they agreed but we didn't receive any. The shower was over the bath, and didn't work well, one minute you would get a blast of cold water and the next really hot. Bathroom definitely needs to be updated. The pool was good, however...
